From meal prep to chef demos and one-of-a-kind events, I offer a range of services that celebrate the season while honoring what your unique body needs.

Health Coach

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I offer a holistic, personalized approach to wellness that goes beyond what's on your plate.

 

Embracing the concept of primary food—the idea that nourishment comes not only from food, but also from relationships, career, physical activity, and spiritual connection.

 

Together, we'll discover what works best for your unique body and we'll reclaim your health, strengthen your whole well-being.

Hello! I'm Ana

My wellness journey began in 2001- the day I left medical school. A quiet inner voice told me I wasn't in the right place, and I chose to listen. That moment sparked a deep and transformative healing journey, one rooted in honoring my soul and reconnecting with my true self.

What followed was a powerful unfolding: I began to heal not only emotionally and spiritually but also physically. I fell completely in love with vegetables, attended a health-supportive culinary school, and had the privilege of working at some of the top restaurants and bakeries in New York City and Detroit.

Motherhood deepened my connection to wellness. As I navigated the challenges of parenting, I felt called to expand my understanding even further and enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. It felt like coming full circle - returning to my roots in medicine, but this time with a holistic approach that truly aligned with my values.

I believe we are meant to live joyful, balanced lives—connected to nature, in tune with our truth, and deeply nourished in body, mind, and soul.

For the past 15 years, I've devoted myself to learning, exploring, and sharing effective ways to heal. Now, I feel blessed to be able to share this knowledge with others on their personal journey to wellness.
