In my late 20s, despite a thriving career in the music industry, I felt completely burned out, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I struggled with fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, and a deep sense of disconnection.

That wake-up call led me on a path of radical transformation. I began running, embraced yoga and meditation, shifted to a plant-based diet, cleaned up my environment, and started exploring holistic healing. Eventually, I left my corporate job, went to culinary school, and fell in love with the power of food and self-care.

Now in my 40s, I guide young professionals through practical, personalized steps to improve their health, find balance, and reconnect with themselves. My approach blends nourishment, movement, and mindset—because lasting change starts from within.

Coaching Program
I offer a health coaching program designed to support you over six months, with twelve 45-minute sessions spaced about every two weeks. This rhythm gives you the time and space needed to create lasting change, breaking old habits and building new ones that truly support your health.
Each session begins with a quick check-in to celebrate what’s going well and then gently explore any challenges you’re facing. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and provide personalized guidance tailored to your journey.
Together, we’ll create actionable steps for you to try before we meet again. This structured approach helps keep you accountable, motivated, and supported, leading to stronger commitment and meaningful, lasting results.


Sessions
In each health coaching session, I create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your habits, identify limiting beliefs, and deepen your connection to your intuition. Together, we’ll look beyond just food to understand your whole wellness: your relationships, environment, exercise, creativity, stress levels, and joy, all the “primary foods” that nourish your life.
Through thoughtful conversation and guidance, we’ll work to heal and empower you so your true Self can shine. Each session ends with personalized next steps designed to make you feel confident and excited to continue on your unique wellness journey.
