I've reinvented myself more than once - and now I help others do the same.

My
Story
My path has been shaped by resilience, identity shifts, and reinvention.
I started in medical school, drawn to understanding the body and helping people heal. My creativity then pulled me into music and eventually a corporate role at a record label in NYC. I worked hard, achieve goals, and outwardly "succeeded," yet internally felt lost.
In search of direction, I began healing my own body. Changing my diet transformed my energy and clarity, inspiring me to attend culinary school and focus on wellness cooking. Supporting others through food revealed something essential: lasting change requires reconnection with yourself.
That realization led me to health and wellness coaching, where my experience in science, creativity, food, and personal growth came together. Today, I help clients navigate transitions, rediscover themselves, and create lives that feel aligned, just as I did.

My mission is simple:
To guide you back to the strongest, clearest, most connected version of yourself.
You don't need another diet.
You don't need pressure or perfection.
You need support, clarity, and space to hear your own wisdom again.
V4ME Wellness exists to help you reconnect to your body, your creativity, and your purpose, so you can move through the world with confidence, ease, and a sense of being fully yourself.

Your body is wise. It knows what you need, we simply learn to listen.
-
Creativity heals. Expression opens doors that logic alone cannot.
-
Food is connection. Not control, not fear, but nourishment for life.
-
You're not "broken." You're overwhelmed or disconnected, and that can change.
-
Safety creates transformation. When you feel seen and supported, you grow.
-
Your potential is real. And it expands the moment you reconnect with yourself.
My Culinary Journey:
My journey into plant-based cooking began with a simple intention: to live more ethically and mindfully. As I gradually reduced my intake of animal products, I began to notice real changes in my health. After years of chronic gastritis and a sluggish digestive system, and after trying multiple medications with little relief, it was a plant-based diet that finally helped my body find balance.
Motivated by that transformation, I immersed myself in research, and fell in love with the natural flavors of whole, fresh ingredients. This passion led me to the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, a leading plant-based and health-supportive culinary school. From my first day in the kitchen, I knew I had found my calling.
While living in New York, I trained at Mas (farmhouse), a French fine-dining restaurant led by James Beard Award winner Galen Zamarra. I later continued my work in plant-forward cuisine at ABCV, the celebrated vegan and vegetarian restaurant created by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
My culinary path then brought me to Detroit, where I served as lead cook at Selden Standard, developed a seasonal menu for GreenSpace Café, and worked at the acclaimed Warda Pâtisserie.
As a personal chef, I have cooked for families with a wide range of dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, kosher, cancer recovery, diabetes, anti-inflammatory support, and healthy weight loss.
Today, I am based in Chicagoland and expanding my work through V4ME Wellness.
I believe deeply in the power of nourishing, intentional food. You do not need to be fully vegan to experience the benefits of incorporating more plant-based foods into your life. As a chef and wellness guide, I honor that every person is unique. My mission is to support you with compassion, knowledge, and delicious meals tailored to your goals so you can feel your best from the inside out.
