Hi, I'm Ana Way, the founder of V4Me Wellness, a wellness chef, health coach, and creative facilitator passionate about helping entrepreneurs find balance through food, art, and mindfulness.


My work blends holistic nutrition, artistic expression, and nature-inspired mindfulness to support mental health and authentic living.
